All our products are CE compliant and manufactured in accordance with the applicable Machinery Directive. On request, we also supply:

• ATEX versions — for explosive atmospheres (Zone 1/2)
• Food-grade versions — with approved lubricants and stainless steel components
• Clean room versions — with oil-free spindle drive (SFL series)

Every delivery includes the complete declaration of conformity and operating instructions.

In Switzerland, SUVA (Swiss National Accident Insurance Fund) requires an annual inspection of power-operated lifting platforms and lift tables. In Germany, BGV D27 (lifting platforms) and the current DGUV regulations apply. Tirugo carries out these inspections throughout Switzerland and issues a written inspection report.

Both series are flat form lift tables from Flexlift — but optimised for different applications:

• FE (Euro Pallets): The platform corresponds to the Euro pallet size (910 / 1,150 mm width). Ideal for warehousing, order picking and material staging — short reaching distances, full foot clearance. Load capacities 300–2,000 kg.
• F-CE (Rectangular Platform): Closed rectangular platform for ergonomic workstations, pick & pack and assembly stations. Optionally available with an access ramp for ground-level loading without pit installation. Load capacities 300–2,500 kg.

No — pit installation is not mandatory. The F-CE series is optionally available with a short access ramp that enables ground-level loading without a pit. The FE series, with its low installed height from 55 mm (depending on load capacity), is already very flat and can be accessed with ramps. For applications requiring regular ground-level access, however, we recommend pit installation or the access ramp.

PETec work tables use a spindle-chain system instead of hydraulics — no oil, no leak risk, no fire hazard. Ideal for clean environments, electronics manufacturing and food processing. Overview:

• Basic (100–350 kg): Electric 230V, 2-leg, space-saving
• Advanced (up to 750 kg): Cordless drill drive, tilt and rotation option, 4-leg
• Ecoline (up to 500 kg): Wooden worktop, mobile version with castors
• ProFlex (up to 2,000 kg): Heavy-duty support stand, mobile, for machine maintenance

TransOrt MobilLift devices are AGR-certified internal lifting aids (Campaign for Healthier Backs) and are proven to relieve spinal strain. Depending on the model and attachment, they can:

• Rotate & Swivel
• Grip & Hold
• Move & Transport

Load capacities: Impact 80 (up to 80 kg) · Impact 200 (up to 200 kg) · K16 (up to 400 kg). All devices are electrically driven and mobile.

Delivery times vary depending on model and configuration:

• Compact Lift Tables FK (standard sizes): Partially ex stock — 1–2 weeks
• Flat Form Lift Tables FE / F-CE (standard): 3–6 weeks
• PETec Work Tables: 3–5 weeks
• TransOrt MobilLift: 2–4 weeks
• Custom designs / system configurations: 8–14 weeks

Yes — we carry out service and maintenance work throughout Switzerland, for equipment from all manufacturers and brands. Our service team has many years of expertise in the hydraulics, electrics and mechanics of lifting and conveying systems. We issue a written inspection report.

Yes. Tirugo offers preventive maintenance contracts as an annual flat rate. These include:

• Annual inspection in accordance with SUVA / BGV regulations
• Written inspection report
• Visual and functional inspection of all safety-relevant parts
• Optional extension with repair and spare parts flat rate
