The RFK belt-drive lift table is the high-lift specialist solution from Flexlift: Instead of a classic scissor system, wedge plates are used, which are pushed apart by a robust belt drive. This patented wedge spreading system enables lifting heights of up to 6,000 mm with exceptionally low installed height — and at load capacities up to 12,000 kg.

The patented wedge spreading system of the RFK sets new standards in high-lift operation: Two opposing wedge plates are pushed apart by a precision belt drive, raising the platform up to 6,000 mm. By dispensing with a classic scissor mechanism, the installed height in the lower end position remains extremely low — a decisive advantage for integration into existing conveyor systems and transfer lines. With load capacities up to 12,000 kg and designed for high cycle rates in multi-shift operation, the RFK is the first choice for fully automated production and logistics lines in the automotive and steel industry.
